Moment Learner Prompts

Where do I write or update the learner prompts?

Below is a list of where you can write your learner prompts whether you are using the Moment Import spreadsheet template or creating one-off moments directly in the platform.

Learner Prompt Location

Multiple Choice

Learner Prompt is not necessary since learners will be answering multiple choice questions. If you using the Moment import spreadsheet, questions can be created in columns P-Z. If you are creating questions directly in the platform, navigate to the Prompts section.

Writing

If using the Moment Import spreadsheet, prompt/question should be written in column E. If you are wanting to update the prompt directly in the platform, navigate to the Prompts section.

Audio Recording

Learner prompt should be written in the Long Description column I or directly in the platform in the Long Description box.

Video Recording

Learner prompt should be written in the Long Description column I or directly in the platform in the Long Description box.

Document Upload

Learner prompt should be written in the Long Description column I or directly in the platform in the Long Description box.

System

Learner prompt is not applicable. The directions for system simulations will be embedded directly into the canvas. 

External Resource/Link

Learner prompt should be written in the Long Description column I or directly in the platform in the Long Description box. Reminder: ‘Link’ moments are meant to standalone, pinned to the homepage and not embedded in the larger learning path.
