Submitting a Help Ticket

If you encounter a glitch in the system, or a piece of sim content that is not operating as designed please submit a help ticket using the button at the top or bottom of all Bright Help Center pages.

When you submit you will be asked to include: 
  • Your name, email address + phone number
  • A description of the issue and relevant moment + simulation
  • The impacted users + where in the platform you are experiencing the issue
  • An attached screenshot or video recording of the issue
  • The browser type used
We will respond to tickets submitted in this fashion within 24 hours to gather more information, or inform you of an expected resolution time. 

If the topic is related to a system-wide outage or other major issue impacting the ability of multiple learners to use the Platform, please text and call: +1.240.388.9875 and a Bright representative will contact you within the hour.
