Can’t get into the Platform…

Email support@learnwithbright.com and we will double check that they are correctly entered for access. The most common issue here is a typo in an email address or the need to reset your temp password.

Where do I start…what to work on next…

The order of simulations in MyPath is the order in which you should take simulations. You can also press the play button in the carousel or click into the simulation you left off at and press the blue ‘Resume Simulation’ button.

A mic/camera isn’t working…

This is usually due to computer or browser settings. We have a step-by-step guide at: Computer Settings.

Get started with the Bright Platform Tour

The Bright Platform tour enables you to have the best possible experience. You can search for this exercise in the Search bar above the carousel. 

Clear your Cache

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. If you find that an exercise or simulation is not working as expected, try clearing your cache and then doing a hard refresh of the site (CRTL+SHFT+R).

I don’t see anything in my carousel

This may mean that a learning assignment has not been added to your user profile. Ask your trainer or a Bright Admin at your organization to check you settings in the Admin console.

Where do my recordings and exercise submissions go?

When you click ‘Send to Coach’ your submission is sent to a coach for review. They will take time to review this a provide feedback. Typically you can expect them to respond within 24 hours of your submission. When you see that the red alert bell next to your profile picture has notifications, you can click on the bell which will take you to ‘My Path’. Your feedback will be nested inside the Feedback + Practice box. If you don’t see that box, this means that you have not yet received feedback. Once you review your feedback, you can Save & Archive to clear out your notifications. If you do not receive 3 or 4 stars on any exercise, you will be prompted to redo that assignment. My Path will also tell you how far along you are in your progress and you can quickly revisit simulations from this page.

Exercises/the Platform is not working as expected.

  1. Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome (sometimes Chrome needs to run and update).
  2. Chrome is allowing audio + video
  3. You’ve cleared your cache
  4. Contact your account manager or support@learnwithbright.com
